What this program offers

Families can access care options designed to support busy routines and provide children with enriching experiences:

  • Before School Care: 7.00am – 9.00am
  • After School Care: 2.45pm – 6.00pm
  • Vacation Care: 7.00am – 6.00pm

Each session includes opportunities for creative play, social connection, active learning and quiet time, guided by caring educators who understand the needs of growing children.

Ludo Program Overview

St Brigid’s is a Ludo School which is a partnership between CatholicCare Tasmania and Catholic Education Tasmania. Ludo delivers a play-based learning program for children aged between 3-5 years and is offered at the following Catholic schools:

Holy Rosary Catholic School – Claremont

St Finn Barr’s Catholic School – Invermay

St Cuthberts Catholic School – Lindisfarne

St Brigid’s Catholic School – New Norfolk

Support with covering the cost of care is available through the Child Care Subsidy, which helps make quality child care more affordable for many households.

CatholicCare Tasmania operates as a not‑for‑profit provider. A full fee schedule is available, showing costs before any eligible subsidy is applied.

 

As our services are approved by the Commonwealth Government, parents and guardians can reduce their fees through the Child Care Subsidy.
