Program Overview

Support is provided early so families can recognise and work through challenges that may be affecting their parenting. These challenges may include family conflict, mental health concerns, substance use or behaviours that feel overwhelming.

The team walks alongside families to build skills, develop routines and create a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Families receive outreach case management which may include:

  • Help to coordinate services
  • Clear information and advice
  • Support to access referrals and services
  • Guidance shaped around the family’s strengths, circumstances and goals

The focus is always on empowering families and encouraging positive, lasting change.
