Program Overview

Families live together in a dedicated home for up to twelve weeks where staff are present around the clock. Parents remain the primary caregivers for their baby.

The team provides gentle guidance, practical support and encouragement every step of the way. This includes help with daily routines and safe care practices, as well as modelling and coaching from Parenting Educators.

Parents are responsible for household tasks, purchasing their own food and baby supplies. Rent and household bills are not charged while staying in the program.

Child Safety Services provides case management to ensure each family receives coordinated support.
