Family Wellbeing Support Services offers early intervention and non‑clinical support for children and young people aged up to 18 years who may be showing signs of, or are at risk of developing, mental health challenges. The service wraps around the whole family, creating a safe and supportive space where children, young people, parents and carers can feel heard, understood and empowered.
Families can access support that is flexible, responsive and tailored to their individual needs. The focus is on strengthening wellbeing, building confidence and helping families navigate life’s challenges with hope and connection.
Family Wellbeing Support Services includes three key areas of support:
Intensive, long‑term early intervention
Ongoing, personalised support for children, young people and their families who would benefit from sustained guidance to improve wellbeing and strengthen family relationships.
Short‑term immediate assistance
Practical and emotional support for families needing help right now, offering a compassionate response during times of stress or uncertainty.
Community outreach and education
Programs and activities that build awareness, strengthen community connections and promote positive mental health and wellbeing for families and young people.
