CatholicCare Tasmania is the Communities for Children facilitating partner for the North West region. As the facilitating partner, CatholicCare brings local organisations together and distributes grant funding to support activities that strengthen parenting, enhance family wellbeing and build positive outcomes for children from birth to twelve years of age.
