Loreto Community Housing owns or manages over 3,000 properties throughout Tasmania. Most tenancies are classified as social housing and allocated from the Housing Connect waiting list.

Social housing rent is set as 25% of household income or market rent - whichever is lower.
Affordable housing rent is around 75% - 80% of market rent.
