What does this program offer?

Support to resolve a crisis or problems in your current housing situation. We can help with budgeting, finding private rentals, providing referrals, and settling you in to a new home.

Who can access this program?

Anyone over 65, as well as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 50+, those prematurely aged due to disability, substance use, military service, or homelessness, former child migrants, people of the Stolen Generation, Forgotten Soldiers and people who have been in out-of-home care.

This service is provided free of charge. ‘Care Finders’ is supported by funding from Primary Health Tasmania (Tasmania PHN) through the Australian Government’s Primary Health Networks Program.
