There are many reasons to consider volunteering. You may have much to offer, from friendship to unique skills and resources, and these can really make a difference to someone else’s life. It can also be affirming for people who use our services to know that someone is contributing their time and energy to assist them without expecting financial reward. Volunteering can be life-changing for all concerned and volunteers often say they feel as though they get more out of being a volunteer than they contribute.
