Supervised Community Contact Program

This program provides supervised contact between children in out-of-home care and their biological parents.

What does this program offer?

Our program encourages a calming environment that promotes children’s emotional safety and reduces distress related to contact visits. Our aim is to improve relationships between parents and their children, and to build up parents’ ability to support children during contact visits.

This service is available in the South of Tasmania. Referrals are made through Child Safety Officers.
