This week, we are proud to celebrate 26Ten Week (21-27 October).
26Ten is a network of organisations and individuals committed to boosting adult literacy and numeracy, helping to create a better Tasmania for all.
We’re thrilled to have received a 26Ten Employer Grant which enabled us to bring an Adult Literacy Trainer on board to work with our Out of Home Care team over 10 months.
The partnership with 26Ten provided the opportunity for our staff to improve their Literacy and Numeracy through a program that was designed and delivered in collaboration with Work & Training.
We’re excited to share how this initiative has made a meaningful impact within our organisation.
